Welcome to Urban Metro Portsmouth
We have an inclusive environment where our members are welcome from across the board. From 18 - 88, an almost 50/50 male and female split and many with physical challenges that we do our best to overcome. Large entry doors allow for wheelchair access, and the supportive atmosphere is welcoming to all.

The 'Street Art' panels were created by the talented young artists from Beyond Graffiti based in Southampton. Their work has won international acclaim and has featured on the catwalks of the International Clothes Show, the pages of Hello Magazine and a commision for Madonna.

High speed sun-tanning
The high speed sun-tanning booth, located in its own discrete room, will provide you with the perfect tan. We strongly advise members to follow the recommended guidelines. Further details are available from the team who can also advise on our range of tanning products.

Sports Nutrition
We stock a product range from CNP, which when used together with exercise, can help you to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, increase strength, tone up and boost your energy. Ask for further information.

Personal Trainers
